Astralnauts, training parameters for "The Captain's Chair" begins after you have completed the protocols laid out here in " The First Steps to Building your Vimana REVISED (an addendum) " when you are inside or enveloped by your personal astral Vimana.  This practice builds off the empowering and purification of your five elemental forces as performed by reciting the mantra, " Om Nama Shivaya ."  You are now inside your astral Vimana and integrating with it; this method will further refine your five elemental energies and begin the ever-important process of building your energetic and internal infrastructure to  effectively, consistently, and productively  experience the raising of your Kundalini energy system.  In your astral Vimana, you are seated in the captain's chair.  What follows is an exceptionally  brief  detailing of the functions performed by the five elemental forces.  Begin by seeing and feeling yourself sitting on a cube of pure gold.

Astralnaut, before you proceed to this protocol, you must have spent at least 21 days developing and integrating with your astral Vimana, as detailed in this post . Once you have completed that essential task, you are instructed to begin this next step in your training.  Vimana Shastra Tantra Sookshm Ka can mean "Aeronautical knowledge of the Astral Realm." To expertly explore the astral, you will need a Vimana or vehicle. Having out-of-body experiences, lucid dreaming, and eliciting astral projection will happen due to this specific training modality.  More than that is "real-time" astral projection, the process of consciously producing out-of-body while still in a waking state to explore (most likely) the lower astral (it is the nearest vibration to the physical realm) and learn about and/or make last-minute edits to what is just about to manifest into reality. Astralnaut now is the time of the year to cleanse your fire element or personal Agni through Pancha Tattwa Shuddi, the purification of the five elements. Early this year, I posted necessary information about Agni or Fire Energy. Familiarize yourself with it  here . This posting is a progression of the previous and will take you deeper into the practice of this Tantra lineage.  You will still recite the mantra " Om Ram Agnaye Namaha ," however, you will do so in a ten-minute internal while practicing Trataka or "Fixed Eye Gazing," using the Fire Tattva. Trataka is one of the main jewels of truly efficacious occultism and psychic development and comprises a large portion of our "Flight Goggles" training.  Sitting two or three feet away from the Tattwa, hung at eye level (while seated) on the wall, you affix your gaze to the center of the red triangle and recite the mantra repeatedly for 10 minutes .
